Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations We offer shipping across all regions of Egypt, ensuring that our products reach you no matter where you are.

2. Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Egypt: 3-5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or delays by the courier service.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: EGP 65 (free for orders over EGP 700)

5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

6. Failed Deliveries If the courier fails to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a second delivery attempt will be made. If the second attempt also fails, your order will be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items If you receive a damaged item or find that an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Changes or Cancellations If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

9. International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within Egypt.
